This workshop offers a thorough engagement with the soda firing process, providing a unique opportunity for both skill enhancement & creative exploration, all set in the bucolic environment of Tuscarora, Nevada. Embark on a 14-day soda firing workshop at Tuscarora Pottery School, set amidst the panoramic landscapes of Independence Valley. Led by ceramicist, sculptor & designer Cody Breese Thomas, this intensive offers unlimited access to tools & techniques for exploring your relationship with clay.
Explore the complexities of the complete ceramic process, from making to glazing, culminating in the loading of your work into our soda kiln. This workshop is a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of soda firing and elevate your skills, all within the inspiring environment of Tuscarora, Nevada.
